Use Shkunweb on your MacBook

Yes—Shkunweb is a browser-based accounting application that you can access on a MacBook using a current browser such as Chrome or Safari. You do not need to install the Windows desktop edition or run Windows to access the web software.

The traditional Shkun Windows desktop application and Shkunweb are different ways to access Shkun accounting. USB digital-signature tokens and local printing integrations may need compatible drivers or a separate local utility; compatibility should be checked for your device.

Is Shkunweb free forever?

Shkunweb has a full-featured, one-time free allowance per company: up to 20 invoices or ₹15 lakh in cumulative sales, whichever comes first. It is not an unlimited free plan. Contact Shkunsoft for continued-use pricing after either limit is reached.

Can Shkunweb handle a large business?

Shkunweb includes accounts, inventory, manufacturing and financial reports that can be relevant to larger businesses. Before a large rollout, confirm the expected number of users, invoice volume, stock items, integrations and reporting requirements with Shkunsoft. Suitable server capacity and workload testing are needed; there is no published unlimited-user or transaction-capacity guarantee.

Is the web software available now?

Yes. Shkunweb is available from the Open Shkunweb link. The Windows desktop edition remains separate.

How long does the free allowance last?

It lasts until the company reaches 20 invoices or ₹15 lakh in cumulative sales, whichever happens first. It is a one-time allowance per company, not a monthly or annual allowance.

Is the free plan full-featured?

Yes. The free plan is full-featured within the stated usage allowance. External services and device integrations still require their respective setup and access.

Does the website work without internet?

The online Shkunweb service requires an internet connection. Keeping data locally is a separate deployment arrangement; it does not make the hosted website fully offline.

What happens after either free limit is reached?
